Welcome to the web site ("Our Site") of The Museum of American Finance ("we" or "us"). This is the user agreement ("User Agreement") that describes the conditions for using Our Site, including Our Site privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). Please read this User Agreement carefully, because by visiting Our Site or by purchasing our items, you are accepting the terms of this User Agreement, including the Privacy Policy.

Trademark

THE MUSEUM FOR AMERICAN FINANCIAL HISTORY and the Eagle Design Logo are trademarks owned by the Museum for American Financial History. You may not use these trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, nor in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users about whether we are the source, sponsor, or endorser of the product or service, nor in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

Links, Frames and Metatags

You may link to the home page of Our Site only, and only if the link does not cast us in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the content of Our Site. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates the THE MUSEUM FOR AMERICAN FINANCIAL HISTORY trademark or our name without our express written consent.

Links to Other Web Sites

Our Site contains links to other web sites that we think may be of interest to you. We have no control over these other sites or their content. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OUR SITE, OUR SITE SERVICES, OR THIS USER AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability for these kinds of damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Our Site and this User Agreement at any time without notice, for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of these provisions. The Limitation of Liability and Governing Law Sections of this User Agreement shall survive such termination.

Governing Law

This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
